Welcome to the Wicks’ End Online Candle Store! If you are looking for anything candle related, you have come to the right place. We take pride in knowing that we are "Your One Stop Candle Shop".
If you are unable to locate a specific item in our store, please send us an email at customerservice@wicksend.com and we will be happy to help you locate it. Our store is updated frequently, so please bookmark it and come back often to view new products.

How to Find a Product
To find a specific product or a category of products, click on the "SEARCH" button at the top of the screen. If you know the name of the product you wish to locate, type the name in the "Search" box and click the "Search" button. If you do not know the name or want to find a general group of products, you may type a general description of the product (ie. incense) in the "Search" box.

How to Order
We have designed the Wicks’ End store to be a pleasant, easy and secure shopping experience. Step-by-step instructions are listed below:
- When you see a product you would like to purchase, add the item to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Add To Basket" icon. The items in your shopping basket will be displayed. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" link at the bottom. You may also proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Continue" button.
- If you have previously shopped at Wicks’ End, enter your user name and password as you did initially. Since these words are case-sensitive, be sure to capitalize them if that is how they were previously entered. If this is you first time shopping at Wicks' End, please click on the "Create New Account" button.
- If you are a New Member, please complete your information and click "Submit". Please be sure to write down your password and user name so that you will remember them the next time you are shopping at Wicks’ End. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct since we confirm all orders and communicate with our customers by e-mail.
- Click the "Correct" button if your account information is correct. If there is an error, call us at (888) 942-5736 (toll-free in the USA and Canada) or (770) 840-8230 (international) Monday through Friday, 9:30-6:30 EST and we will correct it.
- Your shopping basket will be displayed with your billing and shipping information. If you would like to change the shipping address, click on "Current Shipping Address" and enter the new information.
- Review your Shopping Basket contents. To specify the number of products you wish to purchase, change the number in the "Qty" box and press "ENTER". You may only change the quantity of one item at a time; please repeat this step for each item you wish to change.
- You may continue to add products to your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the "STORE" button. The contents of your Shopping Basket will remain intact while you are shopping.
- When you are ready to place your order, select your preferred shipping method and click the "Order Now" button.
- Select one of the three methods you would like to use to pay for your purchase, - by credit card securely over the internet, by credit card over a fax or telephone, or by check or money order.
- If paying by credit card, complete the credit card information form, and press the "Submit" button if sending over the internet. If you choose not to submit your credit card information online, fax it to (866) 334-6448 anytime, 24 hours a day or call us at (888) 942-5736 (toll-free in the USA and Canada) or (770) 840-8230 (international). If calling or faxing, please be sure to include your name, customer order number (you will receive this when you place your order) and the expiration date on the credit card.
- If paying by check, please print out the order form and send it to the following address along with a check or money order for the "Total" amount on your order form:

Payment Methods
Wicks’ End currently offers three payment methods:
- To pay by credit card online, choose the "Direct credit card entry" option in the payment method box and click the "Order" button. Enter all of your credit card information and click the "Submit" button. For your protection we offer only "secure" ordering when sending your credit card information over the internet.
- To pay by credit card via fax or phone choose the "Credit card via phone/fax" option in the payment method box and click the "Order" button. Either fax your credit card information to us at (866) 334-6448 or call (888) 942-5736 (toll-free in the USA and Canada) or (770) 840-8230 (international) Monday through Friday, 9:30-6:30 EST and submit your credit card information by telephone. ). If calling or faxing, please be sure to include your name, customer order number (you will receive this when you place your order) and the expiration date on the credit card.
- To pay by check or money order choose the "Check/money order" option in the payment method box and click the "Order" button. Print the order form and send it with your check or money order to:

Satisfaction Guarantee
At Wicks’ End we stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item that you purchased from us does not meet your needs or expectations, contact us toll free at (888) 942-5736 within 30 days of purchase so that we may issue you a return authorization number.
If the return is a result of our error, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Please enclose the original packing slip along with the return authorization number. Wrap the package securely in it's original packaging, and send it to:

When sending a return via the post office (USPS), please include appropriate insurance. When sending a return via UPS or FEDEX, please include additional insurance if value is over $100.

With the introduction of SSL encryption and digital ID verification services, it is now safer to use your credit card online than it is to use it at a department store or restaurant. Wicks' End uses VeriSign as its authentication service.
Wicks’ End is committed to providing the cutting edge in security for our online store and for the transactions of our customers. In order to provide a completely secure shopping experience, our store resides on a Secure Commerce Server, which supports SSL and S-HTTP security protocols and is SET compliant. At Wicks' End we respect your privacy and are committed to its protection. We consider all information regarding our customers and their orders to be personal and confidential. We will not disclose or sell our customer’s information to any outside organization for solicitation purposes. We use information which we have received from our customers only to help provide them with better service and/or to track orders. Occasionally, we may notify you via e-mail of new products, promotions or information that may be of interest to you. Shipping
We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure arrival as quickly as possible. Orders are generally filled within 48 hours. However, since many of our products are handmade to order, our craftsmen may require additional time to produce the quality product that we demand. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
If an ordered item is back ordered, we will notify you by e-mail and send the full order when the back ordered item arrives. Partial order shipment is available by request by sending e-mail to customerservice@wicksend.com, however shipping and handling costs must be applied to each separate shipment.
Domestic and Canadian shipping charges will be calculated automatically within the basket.
APO and FPO shipping charges will be approximatly $15.00.
A word about customs
When a package is shipped internationally by Wicks’ End the cost of the candles is listed on the customs documentation. If you ordered the items as a gift, we mark the package "gift" and state the cost of the order on the customs form. Any customs or import duties are levied only when the order reaches the destination country. Wicks’ End has no control over additional charges for customs clearance and these charges must be borne by the receiving party. You may want to contact your local customs office to obtain further information about customs policies in your country.
